"Awesome Customer Support"
Just came across this recently. The service was super friendly and really helpful. Got one little problem though? I really wish I had bought a bike from them right from the start!

"Our Moustache Bikes Purchase Experience"
My husband and I got our Moustache bikes from Velospeed, and they brought them to us, a good 120 miles away in Somerset. The team was super professional, really knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. They went the extra mile with their service. We’re thrilled with the bikes and couldn’t be happier that we chose to buy from Nick and John at Velospeed.

"Top-notch British companies: friendly and professional. A+!"
My wife and I got ourselves a couple of Moustache electric bikes from Velospeed, and they showed up right at our doorstep. The customer service provided by the guys at Velospeed is exactly why we’ll be coming back for more in the future.
